Update on BRAXON

Braxon is now 3.5 months old. He is the joy of our lives. He loves to talk and has been since he was barely 2 months. There is times I wish I knew what he was saying. He is very intense when he talks and is definitely trying to tell us something. He loves to slobber and blow bubbles. We go through about 5 bibs and sometimes a few outfits a day to keep him dry from all the spit! He also loves sucking on his hands and will sometimes sit and stare at them trying to figure out what their purpose is. He love his "Moo Moo" which is his little blue cow blankie. The other night we went in his room to see if he was asleep for the night, to find his "Moo Moo" covering his whole face. So I moved it off and went in a little later to check him again, to find his head buried in his "Moo Moo". He loves to have stuff on his face to go to sleep. He is a little snuggler! One of his favorite places to be still, and since the day he was born is the changing table. He loves to lay there and look around. His last Doctor visit was his 2 month appointment and he was 13 lbs. and 24.5 inches long...He is in the 90th percentile in height and weight and 50th on his head...we'll see here in a few weeks at his 4 month appt. what has changed!

His new found toy...the Jumper...He is really starting to like this!

Doing what he does best...SLOBBER and BUBBLES

His best friend..."Moo Moo"

Love My Boys...

The CUTEST BUMS you've ever seen

Like Father...Like Son

He sure loves his Daddy!

LAGOON...I mean...MILES BACKYARD!

We have had a lot of fun in the snow this year and the best part about it...we don't even have to leave our house!!!

The hill in our backyard is almost as good as a Lagoon Ride...

It is so steep at the beginning it gives you a big RUSH... (lets just say you better go to the bathroom before hand)

From the top of the hill we made it clear down between our house and the neighbors and to the front sidewalk!!!

Devin getting ready for "TAKE OFF".....

Finishing out the ride.....

Home Free!!!
(A definite case of "TRY THIS AT HOME")
It was a little cold still for Braxon to be out...he was such a good boy and slept while we had our fun with friends and family!!!

NeW YEaRs...

This year New Years was with my family....we had a lot of fun...(but missed Trent and Miss, they were in St George). We were glad Grandma and Grandpa Pierce joined us! We went to eat at Texas Road House and might I mention probably not the smartest thing to do on New Years Eve, especially if you are claustrophobic and/or don't want to have the chance of getting trampled by the crowds...but the food was YUMMY....ONCE we finally maneuvered through the crowds and got seated! Might I add we all made it out ALIVE. Then we went bowling...which was a lot more peaceful than Texas Road House. We basically had the place to ourselves!!! The night ended back at my sisters house where we spent the night having fun!!!

Family Pictures...

I've been meaning to post these...we got family pictures at the end of November. Devin's mom had set a time for the whole family to go and get pictures taken...we ended up doing some individual ones separately. They ended up turning out pretty good. I was glad we had a few snapped. Thanks Des for doing such a good job!

I had to post this picture... My Mom and Dad as a tradition always give the grand kids a new pair of wranglers, a shirt, and a pair of boots every Christmas...Braxon loved his boots. Its hard to believe they make them that small! How Fun!!

We had a great Christmas and enjoyed all the fun games, food, and parties! It was so much fun to have Braxon this Christmas...it made Christmas so MAGICAL! I never imagined parenthood being so fun and rewarding. We are also thankful for our savior at this time, what a blessing it is too have the gospel in our lives!

Braxon's Blessing Day

Braxon was blessed November 29 by his dad. This was a great day for all of us. It seems crazy that I have already had a child be blessed. It seems like growing up those years are so far away and now it is reality. What a special moment and time this was! We love you Braxon!!!

Getting ready for his special day!

All spruced up....

Ready to go...
